- Adeiladu diwylliant o ddarllen yn yr ysgol gan ganolbwyntio ar ddatblygu uwch sgiliau darllen ar draws y camau cynnydd. / Build a reading culture within the school that focuses on developing higher level reading skills across the progression steps.
- Cryfhau dulliau dysgu annibynnol disgyblion trwy ymgorffori a datblygu’r cysylltiadau gyda’r ardal allanol a’r gymuned leol. / Strengthen the pupils independent learning methods by involving and developing links with the outdoors and the local community.
- Creu amgylchedd addysgu sy’n cefnogi’n llesiant holl randdeiliaid yr ysgol gan gynnwys disgyblion ac aelodau staff. / Develop a learning environment that supports all school stakeholders wellbeing.

- Mireinio addysgu i alluogi disgyblion i fod yn fwy annibynnol yn eu dysgu, y tu fewn a thu allan i’r dosbarth. / Refine teaching to enable pupils to become more independent in their learning, inside and outside of the classroom.
- Cryfhau a gwella systemau asesu, cynllunio a thracio’r ysgol er mwyn cynnig profiadau pwrpasol yn sgil y Cwricwlwm i Gymru. / Strengthen and improve the school assessment, planning and tracking systems to provide purposeful experiences.
- Sefydlu systemau hunan arfarnu effeithiol sy’n ffocysu ar gynnydd addysgol pob disgybl. / Integrate effective self evaluation systems that focus on educational progression for all learners.
